He brings over 36 years of expertise throughout the United States including valuations consisting of hundreds of billions of dollars in a multitude of assets in 48 States, the New Brunswick, Ontario, and Quebec Provinces of Canada, and Mexico.

Kyle C. Coons currently serves as an Associate of Valuation Services with Originators Group in New York City, providing over four years of experience with broad exposure in real estate due diligence and valuation, with particular emphasis in the residential sector.

Paul D. Tartak currently serves as a Managing Director for Originators Group, LLC and has over 30 years of real estate experience with broad exposure in real estate debt rating, due diligence, consultation, review and valuation.

Lisa M. Teddone, CPA,  currently serves as the Controller with Originators Group in New York City, providing 36 years of experience with broad exposure in managing all accounting functions for the boutique commercial real estate appraisal firm.

Andrei Teddone currently serves as Director of Valuation Services with Originators Group in New York City, providing 25 years of experience with broad exposure in real estate due diligence, consultation, review and valuation, with particular emphasis in the residential sector.
