Originators Group provides commercial underwriting services to mortgage conduits and other lenders. ORG acts as a “deal manager” whereby we provide standard due diligence with regard to property cash flow as well as borrower and tenant credit. We provide property review and on-site inspections, legal documentation review, “third party” report review (appraisal, engineering, and environmental), market study/analysis, property’s historical income and expense review, credit review of the borrower and key principals, and underwriter’s income and expense projections and valuation conclusion.
